The air cap and nozzle should never be damaged. After assembly, the spray gun should be adjusted to the initial shape and the trigger should be pulled to test the spray effect of air and paint.

(4) Before using the spray gun, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to ensure that the spray gun is in good condition before it can be used.

(5) The spray gun should avoid collision with the coated object or falling on the ground, otherwise it will cause permanent damage and can not be used.

(6) When suspending work, spray gun head should be immersed in solvents in order to prevent paint from drying and blocking the nozzle; but the whole spray gun should not be immersed in solvents completely, which will damage the sealing gaskets of various parts and cause leakage of air and paint.

(7) After the spray gun is used, it should be cleaned in time. Otherwise, the paint passage will be blocked (especially 2K paint), and it will be difficult to clean in the future, even can not be used again. After cleaning the spray gun, connect the paint tube and compressed air tube to test spray, adjust the fan surface of the spray gun. The fan angle of the manual air spray gun is 70-80 degrees. If there are problems, repair and deal with them in time.
