Three problems should be paid attention to when spraying equipment

The main problems are as follows:

1. When testing powder coatings for spraying equipment, the main performance tests are density, particle size, tensile distribution and volatile content. The inspection method and standard can refer to the information about the inspection of powder coatings for spraying line and foreign standards. Before mass application of powder coatings for spraying pipeline, it is necessary to check whether the properties of powder coatings meet the requirements of workpieces, and only after the indexes are qualified can they be put into production.

2. Attention should be paid to the maximum converted workpiece specifications of spraying line: length, width, height and weight. What color, color change period, film thickness and coating type should be sprayed on the workpiece. Inspection painting process is powder spraying, paint spraying or dipping, cathodic electrophoresis, anodic electrophoresis and so on. The general situation of energy sources for coating, such as electric power, steam, tap water, compressed air, heat energy, fuel oil or gas, etc.

3. Attention should be paid to whether there is oil stain and rust on the surface. The actual area and effective height can be used in the workshop. What is the annual output, annual working day and working hours per day? The production form of spray line is automatic/intermittent. Name of raw materials, thickness of materials, hanging mode of spray line, etc.
