Spraying machine is mainly composed of feeding device, spraying gun and atomization source. The source of atomization varies with different types and spraying machines: the source of atomization of air spraying machine is composed of air compressor, gas pipeline, air oil-water separator and gas storage tank; the source of atomization of air-free spraying machine is composed of power source and high-pressure pump; and the source of atomization of electrostatic spraying machine is composed of high-frequency and high-pressure electrostatic generator.

It consists of spraying and drying. The working mechanism includes spray chamber equipped with nozzles, leather conveyor belt, drying system and cleaning mechanism. After 2012, the rotary multi-nozzle airtight spraying chamber was mostly used, and the spraying head was opened and closed by ultrasonic or computer control, realizing leather spraying without leathers spraying, saving paint agent, reducing pollution and high efficiency of painting. The sprayed leather is sent to the drying area by conveyor belt and collected from the other end after drying.

High-pressure airless spraying, also known as airless spraying, uses a high-pressure plunger pump to directly pressurize the paint to form a high-pressure paint, spraying gun muzzle to form atomized air flow acting on the surface of the object (wall or wood surface). Relative to airborne spraying, the paint surface is uniform and without granularity. Because of the isolation from air, the paint is dry and clean. Aerodynamic spraying can be used in the construction of high viscosity paints, and the edge is clear. It can even be used in some spraying projects with boundary requirements. Depending on the type of machinery, it can also be divided into pneumatic airless spraying machine, electric airless spraying machine, internal combustion airless spraying machine and so on.
