Teflon high performance special coating is a fluoro coating based on polytetrafluoroethylene, which is generally referred to as "non adhesive coating" or "easy to clean materials". This material has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and various organic solvents, and it is almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, Teflon spray has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, and its friction coefficient is very low, so it can be used as lubrication, and also become an ideal coating for cleaning the inner layer of water pipe.

According to the different spraying equipment, Teflon spray can be divided into liquid spraying and powder spraying. Liquid spraying is usually made by ordinary spray gun. The processing method of liquid spraying is also called dispersion coating. It is a wet process to make coating materials evenly distributed in the solvent to form dispersion liquid. Solid materials are mixed in liquid. This mixture is atomized by high pressure air and sprayed on the surface of workpiece . Electrostatic powder spray gun is usually used in powder spraying, which avoids the divergence of solvent and subsequent coating adhesion. The process adopts proper method to make the micro powder coating particles attached to the workpiece, and then the coated micro powder melts in the oven.
