When inspecting electrostatic spraying equipment, some problems are easy to be ignored, and such problems are mainly caused by the following three:

1. When inspecting the powder coating of electrostatic spraying equipment, the main properties such as density, particle size, tensile distribution and volatile content are mainly tested. The inspection methods and standards can refer to the data on powder coating inspection of plastic spraying line and foreign standards. The inspection coating process includes powder spraying, painting or dipping, cathodic electrophoresis, anodic electrophoresis, etc. The general situation of energy distribution for coating, electricity, steam, tap water, compressed air and heat energy are in the form of fuel oil or gas.

3. Pay attention to whether there is oil stain and rust on the surface. The actual usable area and effective height of the plant. Annual output, annual working days and daily working hours. The production form of spray line: automatic / intermittent. Raw material name, material thickness, hanging method, etc. of plastic spraying assembly line.

During the use of plastic spraying equipment, the accessories of plastic spraying equipment shall be well done. The operator shall wear labor protection articles, the work clothes shall be anti-static clothes, and the work shoes shall be free of nails. The electrostatic spraying equipment shall be started at low voltage during operation, and the electrostatic spraying equipment shall be gradually pressurized to observe whether all parts of the pipeline and equipment are normal. Do not aim the spray gun of plastic spraying equipment at yourself or others to avoid accidental injury. Do not put your hand in front of the nozzle of the spray gun. When the operation is interrupted, put on the safety lock of the spray gun. Do not dredge the nozzle with hard nails or needles. When the nozzle is blocked, it can be dredged with a wooden needle.
