In the actual production process, the spraying distance shall be adjusted at any time according to the shape and process of the sprayed workpiece.

1. Powder spraying amount

The powder spraying amount is generally determined according to the process requirements and shape of the sprayed workpiece. When inside the spray box, pay special attention to the appropriate amount of powder, not too large, otherwise there will be accumulation below.

2. Spray corners and grooves

A. When spraying, spray the angle and groove first, and then spray other parts.

B. When spraying angle and groove, the spraying range shall be properly adjusted or the gun distance shall be reduced, and the angle and swing of the gun shall be changed.

C. The voltage can be adjusted appropriately.

3. Metal powder spraying a. the spraying state shall be selected in the constant current state. (adjust the voltage when selecting the constant current state).

B. Ensure that the powder bucket is insulated from the ground.

C. When working, the powder deposited on the outside of the spray gun and powder pipe and on the working arm shall be cleaned up in time.
