1. Before coating, the surface is polluted (such as wax, silicon, oil, water, rust, solder outflow, air pollution, etc.)
2. Use coatings that are not suitable for substrate or finish.
3. Dry spraying primer (the powder content is too high and the resin film-forming material is insufficient)
4. The use of cheap diluent has insufficient solubility
5. The coating is too thin
Solution:
1. Completely remove all dirt remaining on the coating surface
2. Select appropriate primer
3. Good primer spraying and avoid dry spraying (thick film)
4. Use qualified diluent. The quality of coating process layout design is very important for the use of coating line. If the design is improper, even if a single equipment is well done, the whole production line is not easy to use.
